Baiana have bowed to fan demand and released an EP of some of their favourite songs.

The six-track CD will be launched at the Sporting Club’s Annual Legends Ball in London tonight, where Baiana are performing in front of an audience of some of the biggest names in sport, including boxer   Anthony Joshua.

The EP – which is also available to listen to on Soundcloud – features classic bossa novas and other Brazilian hits such as Madalena, The Girl from Ipanema, Danca da Solidao, One Note Samba, The Coffee Song and Chica Chica Boom.

It was produced by Alec Brits at the Cabin Studios in Liverpool.

The CDs will be given out at selected gigs over the next few months.
